Yes, I love the blur. The right kind of blur makes a great picture. I took the kids to the park, even though it was "a bit chilly out" to take blurry pictures with the following settings ISO 100, f22.0, SS 1/60.
Here are two pictures I captured while sliding down a twisty slide.
An image captured while my husband was running through the frame as the image exposed.
An image captured while I was running during exposure. I really like the blur in this shot.
I took an interest in photography about 10 years ago. In October 2006, I purchased my very first SLR camera.
I have a passion for photography and capturing the moment and connections of people. Currently, I have been known to capture the creative expressions of my two beautiful girls.
I can thank my willingness to learn by experimenting with the dials on my SLR camera, reading books and to my friend Christine. I have learned a great deal from Hope Walls and will continue to learn more as we continue down a mentoring path this year.
I would love the opportunity to photograph your expressions, stories and connections for you to cherish. If you are willing to laugh, climb a tree and even get messy please contact me for a session at knittigphotography@gmail.com.
I love the bottom image - it looks like a Monet or Van Gogh!
